Tata & Howard has announced three promotions of key firm members. Ms. Shira McWaters, P.E., and Mr. Ronald Pong have each been promoted to the position of Project Manager. Mr. Anthony Zamarro has been promoted to Assistant Project Engineer.
Shira and Ron have been with the firm for over 14 years. Each has contributed significantly to the continued growth and success of the firm during that period. Shira has assisted on numerous water supply and distribution projects in Connecticut and Massachusetts, including water distribution and storage projects for the City of Middletown and the Valley Water Systems in Plainville, Connecticut.
Ron serves as Project Manager for a number of clients, including the Town of Upton and the West Boylston Water District in Massachusetts. Ron also provides a lead role in the firm for solid waste and contamination projects.
Tony is a Chemical Engineer specializing in water treatment projects. He has taken a lead role in the pilot testing of several ultrafiltration, Layne-Ox, and Greensand Plus treatment facilities.
