Consulting environmental engineering firm Tata & Howard, Inc. announces the promotions of six individuals. Patrick O’Neale, P.E. and Paul Sirois, P.E. have each been promoted to Vice President; Peter Quern, P.E. has been promoted to Associate. Jenna Rzasa, P.E., Karen Pighetti, P.E., and Raymond Willis, P.E. have each been promoted to Project Manager. Each was given the honor based on their contributions to the continued success of the firm.
Patrick O'Neale manages the firm’s Lakeville office, which serves southeastern Massachusetts. He has been responsible for the significant growth of the office. Recent projects in Falmouth have included three elevated composite storage facilities with capacities between 1 and 2 million gallons, the design of a 1 mgd water treatment facility to remove volatile organic compounds and iron, and several miles of new water mains. Currently, Patrick is the Project Manager for the Mattapoisett River Valley Water Treatment Facility project. The 6.0 million gallon per day facility will remove iron and manganese from drinking water using ozonation and ultrafiltration.
Paul Sirois, who joined the firm in 1993, manages the firm’s Nashua, New Hampshire office. Paul has been responsible for the sucess in serving New Hampshire clients since the office was opened. He currently mangages engineering services on water and wastewater projects for the Towns of Troy, Pembroke and Winchester, as well as several village districts around the state. Services to these communities include construction of water storage tanks and booster pump stations, siting of new water supply sources, water and wastewater treatment facility upgrades.
