Paul E. Cote, P.E. has joined the firm as an Associate. Mr. Cote brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of all aspects of water systems including: wells, reservoirs, storage facilities, pump stations and water mains. Most notably, he has been involved in various water treatment facility designs for both surface and groundwater sources including pressure filtration and membrane technology. He has also prepared a number of master plans for water systems, and has presented and written numerous papers on water treatment technologies. Mr. Cote will be managing our operations in Maine and assisting with selected clients.
