Eric Dole, P.E. has joined the firm as an Associate in our Goodyear, Arizona office. Mr. Dole brings to the firm 10 years of innovative experience in water supply infrastructure projects. Most notably, he has pioneered a pump optimization program that determines potential pump system improvements and subsequent power cost savings. The pump optimization program also identifies, and quantifies, areas of a water system where hydro-electric energy can be recovered. Eric’s innovative approach, combined with our Capital Efficiency Plan™ concept of identifying the most efficient water system improvements, provides our clients with the necessary tools to minimize costs while maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
