Tata & Howard is seeking to fill a position for Manager with 10+ years experience in wastewater system consulting services in our Marlborough, Massachusetts office. The primary charge of this position is to develop wastewater business in New England and aggressively promote Tata & Howard as a preferred engineering services provider to the public, municipal and private utility sector in the region. Minimum qualifications include Bachelor of Science Degree within the Civil and Environmental Engineering or related field. Must be a Registered Professional Engineer. Candidate must have a proven successful technical background in the design and development of wastewater engineering applications. Potential opportunity to lead the firm’s wastewater efforts. Must show evidence of success in managing projects from proposal through inception and into final stage of completion (previous project management experience). Candidates must have strong technical and business writing skills preferably evidenced by examples.

Tata & Howard is seeking experienced construction resident observers to provide on-site construction observation services for a wide variety of water and wastewater construction projects on an on-call basis. Minimum requirements include 10+ years experience in water and wastewater construction resident observation, a high school/GED diploma, OSHA 10 Hour Certification, valid driver’s license and means of transportation. Candidate must possess good communication skills, demonstrate an understanding of construction plans, specifications, shop drawings, O&M manuals and record drawings and have the ability to follow and carry out instructions on an independent basis. Applicant must have strong record keeping skills preferably evidenced by examples.
