John Cordaro joins our team in Connecticut

Tata & Howard is pleased to announce John J. Cordaro, P.E. has joined the firm as Senior Project Engineer in our Meriden, Connecticut office. Mr. Cordaro brings over 25 years experience in water system consulting. His experience includes evaluation, design, and construction services for water supply, treatment, pumping, and storage facilities in New England. Mr. Cordaro will be a valuable resource to our Connecticut and Massachusetts clients in providing cost effective solutions and high quality services.
LEEI Joins Tata & Howard

Tata & Howard, Inc. is pleased to announce Loitherstein Environmental Engineering, Inc. (LEEI) personnel have joined our team. LEEI was an environmental consulting firm based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Tata & Howard, Inc. welcomes the following staff of LEEI to our team: Joel Loitherstein, P.E.; Jonathan O’Brien, LSP; Derek McClellan; James DeAngelis; and Christine Ferretti.
The new firm members will provide a substantial contribution to Tata & Howard’s strategic growth in the private sector. The new team members complement the water, wastewater and stormwater expertise at Tata & Howard by bringing the experience of 19 years of quality environmental assessment and remediation services. Tata & Howard’s array of services now includes site assessment, remedial design, and oversight. With shared values and reputations for excellence, this will enable Tata & Howard to increase the firm’s resources and capabilities while continuing to provide innovative solutions for a more extensive range of projects.

Tata & Howard Gives Back

Part of our company philosophy is to give back to the communities in which we work and live. This past holiday season presented the members of our firm with the opportunity to provide assistance to those who need it most. We had the pleasure of working with Dare Family Services which provides highly intensive foster care to children of all ages in Massachusetts. We received gift requests for 32 children in their system and members of our firm selected tags and went out to purchase these gifts. All 32 children received gifts thanks to the generosity of our employees. Simultaneously, we held a food drive for the Worcester County Food Bank. Again, members of our firm took time to collect food items and all total donated 160 pounds of food that will be distributed to local food pantries and other programs that help needy families.
We are proud of the efforts our firm makes to help those around us.
Tata & Howard Goes Beyond Casual

During the week of August 23rd Tata & Howard went “Beyond Casual” dress for those who were willing to make a modest charitable contribution to be more comfortable. For just three dollars a day or ten dollars for the week, shorts, flip flops and t-shirts could be worn. The Philanthropy Committee decided to donate the money to the Worcester Food Bank, a worthwhile charity that in the past has provided assistance through its network to over 85,000 women, children, and men in 60 communities in central Massachusetts.
