Tata & Howard’s staff has extensive experience in the field of site investigations, assessment and remediation of oil & hazardous material and monitoring of potentially contaminated sites (e.g., landfills).
Experience
Our experience includes evaluation of impacted sites; implementation of site remediation evaluation; design and construction services for landfill closures; landfill monitoring and inspection; as well as preparation of Initial Site Assessments (ISAs) and Comprehensive Site Assessments (CSAs), as part of the landfill closure process.
Tata & Howard’s staff is experienced in the interpretation and implementation of state and federal regulatory requirements, including the Massachusetts Contingency Plan which regulates the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites in the state.
