Tata & Howard, Inc. is offering Pump/Motor Energy Efficiency System Optimization Services (Pump SOS) which includes wire to water efficiency analysis of your pump stations. The main goal is to reduce your operations & maintenance pumped power expenses. The process involves conducting field measurements at your pump stations for flow, pressures, amperage, voltage and power factor. This information is compared to your as-built information for your existing pumps and pumping system. We evaluate your pumps and your pumping system to see where they are operating relative to their Best Efficiency Point (BEP).
| In addition, we provide an independent expert inspection of your stations, looking and listening for less obvious symptoms of inefficient pump operation. In our report to you, we make recommendations to improve pump efficiency. The payback period for recommended improvements is short, typically less than two years. |
